Ingredients For Zucchini Lasagna:
►4 Med-Large Zucchinis
►1 1/2 lbs of Ground Beef
►1 Large Onion
►1 Whole Egg
►1 Container Racotta Cheese
►1/2 Cup of Parmesan Cheese
►1 Bag of Mozzarella Cheese
►1 Jar of Tomato Sauce
►1 tbsp minced garlic
►1 Handful Parsley
Spices:
►1 tbsp basil
►1 tbsp oregano
►1 tsp garlic salt
►1 tsp garlic powder
►1 tsp cumin
►1 tsp salt & pepper
►1 tsp cracked red pepper (optional)
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 45 Minutes
