Parathas are a staple of Indian meals. Unlike rotis or chapatis, Parathas are its own standalone dish. You can eat them as plain or accompany with chutney or sauce.

Why not make it with our ancient grains – Minor Millets aka siridhanya which are a powerhouse of nutrition.

Minor millet lacks gluten which makes it difficult to knead the flour into pliable dough. You can use warm water to knead the dough and enjoy the rotis made with these healthy grains.

OGMO unpolished Minor millet helps you eat good food without compromising on nutrition and saving you on soaking time, as the grains are already washed, soaked and solar dried.

Talk about WIN-WIN!!
