INGREDIENTS:

4 slices – Brown Bread
Grated 1 cup – Cottage cheese (Paneer)
Chopped 1 medium – Onion
Chopped 1 – Green chilli
Chopped 1/4 cup – coriander
Grated 3 cloves – Garlic
1/2 tsp – Chilli powder
1/2 tsp – Salt
1/2 tsp – Black pepper
Some mixed Herbs

Method:

To prepare the filling in a bowl or a plate put cottage cheese, onions , chillies, coriander, garlic, herbs n spices mix all together. Now spread filling on bread place other bread on upper side. Don’t use oil or butter. Put the sandwich on grill. Let it grill till the green light off. serve hot with tomato ketchup or coriander chutney.

Tips:

. Make this for kids less spicy.
. You can use non stick grilling pan instead of electronic grill.
