healthy & easy banana oat bars
perfect for breakfast, a snack, or dessert
Ingredients
-1 ripe banana
-1/4 tsp vanilla extract
-1 egg
-1/2 tsp baking powder
-1/4 tsp cinnamon
-1 serving vanilla protein powder
-1/4 cup rolled oats
-2 tbsp mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
-optional: (if you like extra sweetness) 20 grams agave or honey
Instructions
•preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
•mash banana and add in egg and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined
•add in all dry ingredients and stir until well combined
•in a non-stick oven safe dish add your batter and bake for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
