Chicken Zinger Burger & Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:
4 Bread slices/ 1 burger bun
1 fried egg
1 Chicken zinger piece (Recipe below)
Homemade thousand island sauce 3-4 Tbsp (Recipe below)
Onion slices 2
Tomato slices
Cucumber Pickle

Method:
Start layers on sandwich by adding sauce to first slice and add cooked egg then similarly to next t slice add sauce then zinger patty piece.
Add third slice and add sauce and vegetables like onion, cucumber, lettuce, Tomotoes etc.
Repeat the process for Burger

To make it more healthy use low calorie Mayo, siracha sauce and mustard instead of thousands island and add boiled eggs instead of fried.

Lastly use brown or mulitgrain bread/bun instead of white Bread/Bun. This recipe is best for lunches and dinner meals. Serve them with fries or healthy snack of your choice.

Homemade Thousand island Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
Mayonnaise(light/or fresh) 2-3 Tbsp
Ketchup/Pizza sauce 2-3 Tbsp
Mustard Paste 1 tsp
Red chili to taste
Black pepper half tsp
Salt to taste
Relish or homemade Cucumber pickle slices

Method:
Mix all ingredients and use it within one week in any burgetrburger, s andwich, paste recipe. Or use it as a dip with your health snacks.

Chicken Zinger patty Recipe

Ingredients:
Chicken Breast Skin/Skinless 1 Kg
Mustard sauce 1 Tbsp
Hoisin/Bbq sauce 2 Tbsp
Vinegar 2 Tbsp
Red chilli 1 tsp
Egg 1
Black pepper 1 tsp
oregano 1 tsp
Flour 1 cup
Salt to taste
Bread crumbs or Cornflour 3-4 Tbsp
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Oil for frying

Method:
Mix All ingredients and marinate the Chicken for 1 hour or overnight.
Mix flour, salt, pepper, oregano and bread crumbs and coat your marinated chicken in it.
For cooking add oil as required to your Pan and let it heat. Add marinated chicken over Gril and cook 3-7 min each as per your steak preferences.
If you have a air fryer than air fried it for 18 min at 180 degree centigrade

This fried zinger steak is perfect to consume with salad or you can make a healthy sandwichor wrap or Burger using it.

In my recipe I have used skinless boneless, to make it more delicious used skin Chicken boneless fillets
