Ingredients
• 2 pieces of sourdough bread
• 2 tbsp ricotta
• 1/2 avocado
• 3 tbsp Nutty Granola Maple Vanilla
• 2 tsp maple syrup

Method
1. Toast the sourdough in a toaster.
2. Spread on the ricotta then avocado, keeping it quite chunky.
3. Top with granola and a drizzle of maple syrup.
