Sweet Potato Chili:
-1 large sweet potato, peeled and chopped
-1 medium onion, chopped
-1 can kidney beans
-1 can chili beans
-1 can corn (drained)
-1 can of tomato sauce (small can 8oz)
-5 cups of water
-2 tsp garlic salt
-1 tsp cummin
-3 tsp chili powder
*cook on low for 6 hours in your crockpot
Makes 4-6 servings

Homemade bread:
-3 cups flour (all purpose)
-1 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp yeast
-1 1/2 cups warm water
*Mix well, let sit at least 8 hours (I let mine sit overnight on my counter covered with a tea towel in a bowl)
*Pre heat oven to 450, add your bread pan to the oven while it pre heats
*Bake with a lid for 30 minutes, remove lid and bake for an additional 15 minutes
