CHICKEN SALAD PIE WRITTEN RECIPE :

Ingredients :
Readymade puff pastry ½ kg
Capsicum cut into small cubes 1
Bell pepper small cubes 1
Sweet corn ½ tin
Baby corn ½ tin
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Boiled spaghetti 1 ½ cup
Grated cheese ½ cup

Mix Together :

Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Chicken :

Oil ¼ cup
Onion chopped ½ cup
Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
Curry leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Chicken small cubes 400 gm
Crushed cumin 1 tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Tomato puree 3 tbsp
Boiled eggs 2
Egg beaten for brushing

METHOD FOR CHICKEN :

Heat ¼ cup oil, add chopped onion, garlic, curry leaves, fry for 2 mins, add chicken with seasonings, cook till done, add in the three sauces mixed together, roll half dough of puff pastry and line the bottom of a tart tray or casserole dish, add chicken filling, top with boiled spaghetti or the veggies, grated cheese ½ cup, then roll the leftover puff pastry, cover the dish, brush top with beaten egg, bake on 180 D for 30 mins, make a cut in the center so it doesn’t rise.
