INGREDIENTS for the Berta Jay’s
Healthy Quinoa Wraps

1. PUT 3/4 cup of uncooked quinoa into bowl. ADD ½ cup water. SOAK for 3 hours. You could do overnight if you prefer.
2. RINSE the soaked quinoa under running water until the water runs clear.
3. INTO BLENDER CONTAINER, PUT:
a. 1 cup water
b. the rinsed quinoa
c. ¼ teaspoon salt (optional – you decide)
d. BLEND for 40 – 60 seconds or until smooth
4. Turn heat to medium/high under a fry pan and let pan heat up for about 30 seconds.
5. USE about ¼ cup of the batter for each wrap. You can use more if you want larger wraps -OR- less than ¼ cup if you want smaller ones.
5. When the wrap looks dry, FLIP IT and let it cook on the other side for about 1 minute or so. Experiment to see what you like best.
6. This recipe makes about 8 different sized wraps.
