12/100 Days of Healthy Breakfasts 🤤This is a great alternative to overnight oats and can be prepared the night before. It’s also great for taking to work instead of grabbing something on the go!

INGREDIENTS 👩🏻‍🍳
➡️ 20g vanilla protein powder
➡️ 30g chia seeds
➡️ 150g white chocolate kvarg (or yoghurt)
➡️ 1 banana
➡️ 20ml milk
➡️ for the shell – 20g white chocolate , 5g coconut oil
⭐️TIP ⭐️ – you need to multiply the amount of chia seeds by 6 to get the correct amount of liquid / yoghurt to add

method
1. Mash the banana in a bowl using a fork
2. Whisk the chia seeds with the @lindahls_uk Kvarg, milk, banana and protein powder
3. Cover the bowl and leave in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight
4.in the morning, melt the white chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave and pour on top. Add some freeze dried and fresh raspberries to decorate. Leave to set in the freezer for 10 mins and enjoy
