Ingredients

1 cup washed spinach – multivitamins, antioxidants++
1/2 cup shredded carrots- Vit C, Beta Carotene, diuretic
1 oz plain goat cheese – powerful anti-inflammatory,
2eggs – complete protein, multivitamins.
black pepper – spice, anti-inflammatory
1tso EVO- Omega 3
toast( optional)
1/2 small avocado 🥑 – numerous health benefits including weight loss, eye health, bone health, heart and skin.

Preparation
To 1/2 of a saucepan over medium heat add 1 tsp EVO,
spinach, carrots, diced goat cheese and cilantro.
Saute for a minute.
Whisk 2 eggs, sprinkle black pepper and pour in other 1/2 of saucepan.

This is a very filling breakfast. Still need more food? Add 1 slice of whole grain toast
