One of the most yummy and delicious salad recipe you have ever made. This salad has very less ingredients like, lettuce leaves, cherry tomatoes and cucumber with spring onion and a touch of parsley chopped and the unique dressing recipe. Do try out this salad recipe you will love it.

EASY TAHINI SALAD
Ingredients:
1. Lettuce leaves 1 bunch
2. Cherry tomatoes 1cup
3. Cucumber deseeded 1-1/2cup
4. Spring onion 2tbsp
5. Parsley leaves chopped 2tbsp
6. Chickpeas 1cup
7. Tahini paste 3/4cup
8. Salt 1tsp
9. Extra virgin olive oil 1/4cup
10. Garlic grated 1tbsp
11. Lemon juice 1/4cup
12. Salt 1tsp
13. Extra virgin olive oil 2tbsp
14. Water 1cup

Method:
1. In a bowl add all bite size cut veggies and set aside.
2. In another bowl add chickpeas, salt and olive oil and mix well and transfer in air fryer for 15 minutes.
3. In another bowl add tahini paste, garlic grated, salt, olive oil, lemon juice and mix and add water to make slightly thin dressing for salad.
4. Pour dressing over the prepared salad bowl and mix well and topped with toasted chickpeas and serve.
DELICIOUS EASY TAHINI PASTE is ready.
