Breakfast Recipe – Healthy Egg Sandwich – Less ingredients

Welcome to EasyPeasyCooking, in today’s video we will be making delicious, quick and easy Double Cheese Egg Sandwich.

Ingredients:
4 eggs
Lettuce
Cheese slices
Salt
Black Pepper
Red chilly powder
Butter
Oil
Bread slices
Ketchup
Finely chopped green chillies
Scallions
Fresh chopped coriander leaves
Cheese Spread

How to make:

-Break 4 eggs in a bowl, add scallions, black Pepper powder, red chilli powder, salt and whisk.
– Heat a pan and make omelette of the mixture.
– Apply cheese spread on the bread slices, apply ketchup
– Place lettuce, tomatoes, omelette, add sweet onion sauce, cheese slice and cover with bread and make a sandwich.
– Heat a pan, add oil and butter and cook the sandwich on both sides.
– Serve hot with ketchup.

ब्रेड आमलेट बनाने की विधि

– एक बाउल में 4 अंडे तोड़ें, उसमें शल्क, काली मिर्च पावडर, लाल मिर्च पावडर, नमक डालें और फेंटें।
– एक पैन गर्म करें और इस मिश्रण का ऑमलेट बना लें|
– ब्रेड स्लाइस पर चीज स्प्रेड लगाएं, केचप लगाएं|
– लेट्यूस, टमाटर, ऑमलेट, मीठी प्याज की चटनी, चीज़ स्लाइस डालकर ब्रेड से ढककर सैंडविच बना लें|
– एक पैन गर्म करें, उसमें तेल और मक्खन डालकर सैंडविच को दोनों तरफ से सेंक लें|
– केचप के साथ गरमागरम परोसें।
