2 tsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1/4 tsp Hing
8 to 10 Curry Leaves
1/2 tsp Urad Dal
1/2 tsp Chana Dal
2 tbsp Chopped Cashew
1 cup Roasted Sooji / Rawa
1/4 tsp Haldi Powder
Salt & Black Salt
1 tsp Dried Green Chilli
1 tsp Dried Ginger
1 tbsp Dried Carrot
1 tbsp Dried Coriander
To make Idlis
1 cup Mix will need 1 cup Water (Some more to adjust the consistency)
2 tbsp Sour Dahi
1 tsp Eno Fruit Salt
Steam on High Flame in a pre heated steamer for 12 to 13 mins
Cool it slightly , unmould it & serve HOT
