How to Make the Best Brunch at Home & Two of My Favourite Salad Dressings
This is a very Turkish, very Mediterranean Brunch menu and table settings you can make at home. I built my menu based on both the food’s colour and taste. Other than that, some tiny flowers from my garden complementing the antique napkins gave the rustic but vibrant look to the table.

But first is two of my favourite SALAD DRESSINGS:
1. Honey and Lime/Lemon Dressing
Grated zest and juice of 1 lime/lemon
8 tsp. vegetable oil
2 tsp. honey
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2. Balsamic Vinegar and Mustard Dressing
1 large shallot, minced
3 tsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp pomegranate sauce
1 tsp. Dijon or regular mustard
8 tsp olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Why I decided on showing you the recipe of dressings rather than making the salads? Because THE DRESSING MAKES THE SALAD! 🙂
