Oats Dosa Recipe ll ഓട്സ് ദോശ ll

ingredients:
1. oats – 1/2 cup
2. rava/suji – 1/4 cup
3. rice flour – 1/4 cup
4. curd – 1/2 cup
5. chopped onions – 1/4 cup
6. green chillies – 2
7. ginger – a small piece
8. chopped coriander leaves – 1/4 cup
9. red chilly powder – 1/4 tsp
10. turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
11. salt – to taste
12. baking soda (optional) – 1/4 tsp
13. water – as required
14. oil – as required

Notes: you can use vegetables like, carrots, capsicum, spinach etc…
