Today’s quick easy healthy breakfast idea for lunch box uses freshly baked croissant, I used the jus rol pain au chocolat, fruit of your choice : strawberries, blueberries, mini babybel, some sweet treats. Substitute in a hard boiled egg if desired..
Remember to think age appropriateness of the lunch and what you pack.
