INGREDIENTS

10 Slices 100% Whole Wheat Bread

2 Large Eggs

3/4 Cup 100% Liquid Egg Whites

1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

1 Tbsp Cinnamon

2 Scoops Birthday Cake Whey Protein or Vanilla Protein

3 Cups Frozen Mixed Berries

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut 10 slices of whole wheat bread into small pieces and set aside in a bowl.

In a large bowl add 2 large eggs and 1 cup of liquid egg whites into the bowl. Next, add the almond milk, cinnamon, and protein powder into the bowl.

Mix together all the ingredients and pour them into the bowl with the whole wheat bread.

Spray a baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and add your french toast mixture. Top it with stevia.

Add your 3 cups of frozen berries to the top of the french toast. Please in the oven for 35 minutes at 350 F.

Remove from the oven after 35 minutes and let it cool for 5 minutes.

Cut into 5 servings and place them in your meal prep containers. Top with some whipped cream.
