Ingredients ( serves 4)
Multigrain Bhature

1.5 cup- Refined Flour
0.5 cup- Whole wheat flour
1/4 cup- Oats Flour
2 Tbsp- Thick Semolina
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp- Sugar
1/2 cup- Curd
1.5 tsp- Salt
1 tbsp- Olive oil ( to grease dough)

Stuffing
Cottage Cheese ( Paneer) -250 gms
Kashm.Red Chilly- 1 tsp
Oil to Fry
Salt to taste

Aloo ( Potato) Subzi

Boiled Potato – 2-3
Turmeric pwdr- 1 big pinch
Kashmiri Red Chilly Pwdr- 1/2 tsp
Oil- 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste

Pindi Chhole
Chickpeas- 250 gms (Soaked Overnight)
Tea Leaves- 1/2 tsp
Gooseberry ( Dried Amla)- 5-7
Ghee- 5-7 Tbsp
Bay leaves- 2
Cloves- 4
Green Cardamom- 2
Black cardamom – 2
Cinnamon- 1
Chopped Onions- 2 ( med size)
Onion Paste- 2 ( med size)
Tomato Puree- 2 ( Big size)
Kashmiri Red Chilly Pwdr- 2 tsp
Coriander Pwdr-2 tsp
Cumin Pwdr- 1 tsp
Cumin- 1 tsp
Chhola Pwdr- 2.5 tbsp
Anardana – 1 tsp
Turmeric pwdr- 1/4 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste- 2 tsp
Green chillies- 2-3 ( fried)
Garam Masala- 1/2 tsp
Fresh Coriander- 2-3 tbsp
