🥑 AVOCADO BEEYA ROLL🥑
• 1 avocado
•1 gluten-free tortilla
•sea salt
•cayenne pepper, or hot sauce
• 1 scoop beeya
✨STEPS✨ Spread the avocado out on the tortilla, season with salt, cayenne, and beeya then roll it up and cut into wheels.
🌶️ CHIPOTLE EGG SALAD🌶️
•2 boiled eggs, chopped
•1 Tbsp avocado oil mayo
•1 tsp sriracha
•½ tsp chipotle powder or paste
•sea salt & black pepper
•beeya
•optional: pickled jalapeno, chives, crispbread to eat it with.
✨STEPS✨ Stir all of the egg salad ingredients together in a bowl until combined, season with salt and pepper and enjoy with a sprinkle of beeya on top of a crispbread if desired.
🍓 PB&J with FRESH STRAWBERRIES🍓
•2 pieces gluten-free toast
•a handful of chopped fresh strawberries
•1-2 Tbsp almond butter or other nut butter
•½-1 scoop beeya seeds
✨STEPS✨ Spread the nut butter of choice on one toast and the strawberries out on the other toast, sprinkle both halves with beeya and flip the nut butter toast over onto the berry toast, enjoy!
