PORK CRACKLE
– Great protein snack
– Beef jerky alternative
– Some brands are a lot lower in fat than others
– Have it with some zero sugar soda and 👌🏼
LOW FAT MINCE
– Great low protein option
– Can be pretty cheap depending on what animal you’re getting it from
– Can range from around 2-5g of fat per 100g of mince
– A lot of recipe options!
CABBAGE
– Extremely low calorie
– Great for increasing overall volume of food
– Can be used in salads, stir fries, noodles, soups, and pretty much anything you can think of
