Today’s recipe is a great diet recipe! Full of fresh vegetables and protein. The sauce uses Korean hot mustard, which gives it a unique flavor and a nice kick! I make this dish a lot when we’re on a diet. If you’re on a weight loss journey, I highly recommend trying this recipe. (Not professional advice)
This recipe is super versatile. You can substitute the chicken breast for chicken thigh, shrimp, mushrooms, or any other protein. You can also use any vegetables you like!
