It is MEAL PREP MONDAY and that means I am here to bring some easy, healthy and super-duper quick recipes!
The recipes are vegan, but you can simply exchange the vegan meat substitutes with chicken or beef. Either way, the recipes are simply delicious and above all summery.
One meal has around 500 calories and around 30g of protein. Just so you know, since some of you are tracking their macros. So, if you are a male or would rather eat only 3 meals a day, then perhaps it might be a good idea to double the recipe or make one and a half times the amount.
