1/2 cup pbfit organic peanut butter powder
3/4 cup almond flour or 1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup cashew butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla & pinch of sea salt
2-3 tsp almond milk (more if needed)
Handful of chocolate chips
Mix everything together until dough forms, starting with 2 tsp of milk & adding more as needed until a moist (but not sticky) dough forms. If dough is too sticky, add another tbsp of oat or almond flour at a time until it’s good!
Press into a small loaf pan or Tupperware container for thicker bites. Freeze for 2 hours. Cut into bites & enjoy!
