These blueberry oat scones are a healthy option to regular scones. And they are so delicious! This recipe has no flour and very little sugar. You can have them for breakfast or as a snack.

Ingredients:
– 8 tbs cold butter
– 160 mil cold buttermilk (or less, add gradually as needed)
– 1.5 cup oat flour
– 1 cup old fashioned oats
– 2 oz granulated sugar
– 1 oz monkfruit sweetener (or just sugar if you prefer) – you can buy here:
– 1 tsp baking powder
– 3/4 tsp baking soda
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– 90 g frozen blueberries

Bake at 375 F for 18 minutes
