Low calorie desserts like this Tiramisu Cheesecake are a great way to having a dessert without breaking ‘calorie budget’. This cheesecake has also more protein than any regular cheesecake. I made very few changes to cheesecake recipes in order to create this healthier option. I ended up with low calorie cheesecake that is still creamy and decadent.

Ingredients
Cookie layer:
7 ladyfingers
1.5 oz espresso (42g)
1 tbsp Kahlua (15g)
1 tbsp Skinny syrup (15g) (any flavor you like):

Cheesecake batter:
8 oz mascarpone cheese at room temperature (224g)
12 oz light farmers cheese (336g)
3 large eggs (room temperature)
1/3 – 1/2 cup sweetener (65g – 100g)
1 tbsp instant coffee (10g)
1 tbsp cocoa powder (8g)
