Ingredients:

Chicken Breast Marinade

2-3 cups diced chicken breast
1tbsp olive oil
1tsp sesame oil
1tbsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 chicken bouillon cube
Salt to taste
1tsp turmeric
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp corn flour
1tsp dried thyme

Frittata recipe

3 plantains
Fried chicken
7 whole eggs
1/3 cup shredded cheese
2 Scotch Bonnet
1/2 chopped onion
Salt to taste
1 bouillon cube
2 tbs spring onion
1-2tbsp butter
1tsp garlic powder
1/4 Red Bell Pepper Diced
1/4 Yellow Bell Pepper Diced
1/4 Green Bell Pepper Diced
