Veggie mixture for 4-5 days usage-
2 small-medium sized onions
1 capsicum
1 tomato
2-3 chillies (as per taste)
Chop and refrigerate in an air tight container for later use.
Little Cheese Sandwich
Brown/Whole Wheat Bread
Sandwich spread (Veeba)
Schezwan Sauce (Ching’s)
Veggie mixture (1-2 tbsp)
Salt, Pepper
Italian Seasoning (optional)
Cheese (1 slice)
Lettuce (optional)
Butter
Whole Wheat Pancakes- makes 4-5 pancakes
Whole Wheat (1 cup)
Half tsp baking soda
Half tbsp baking powder
1 Banana
1 tbsp butter to melt
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
1 whole egg
Half cup butter milk
2 tbsp curd
Jaggery powder or Crushed jaggery (3-4 tbsp)
Stevia drops 4-5 drops
Brown Bread Upma
Brown Bread 4 slices
Butter 1 tbsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Veggie mixture
Curry leaves
Mustard Seeds
Chillies
Schezwan sauce 1 tbsp
Haldi, Chilly powder, Salt- all to taste
Sprouted Moong Chaat
Butter 1 tbsp
Veggie mixture
Chilly powder, Jeera powder, Salt to taste
Lemon juice
Sprouted Moong (half cup)
Coriander leaves
Banana Oatmeal Smoothie
1 banana
1 packet Quaker oats (10 Rs packet)
Honey
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Milk 1 cup
