Ingredients:
8-10oz ramen noodles
1 chopped red pepper
1/4c chopped white onion
1/2c matchstick carrots
1/2C snow peas
1c Chopped Bok Choy
1/2c mushrooms
2 chopped green onions
4c Vegetable broth
1/4c soy sauce
3 cloves garlic
1TBSP sesame oil
1TBSP Fish Sauce
2TBSP chili paste
1TBSP brown sugar
Siracha to taste
.
Directions:
1.Add all ingredients to a large pot
2.Bring to a boil
3.Lower temperature to medium/low and simmer for 8-10mins
4.Top with peanuts and enjoy!
