Ingredients:
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Green Chilli -finely chopped ( Add more as per taste)
½ Tsp Grated Ginger
10 Cashewnuts (Optional)
1 medium Onion – finely diced
2 Tbsps Grated Carrot
2 Tbsps finely diced Capsicum
2 Tbsps Grated Cabbage
1 Tomato- diced
Salt to taste
½ Tsp Cumin Powder
A pinch of Chilli Powder
¼ Tsp Garam Masala
¼ Tsp Chaat Masala
1 Tsp Tomato Ketchup
2 Tbsps chopped Coriander Leaves
Bread
Butter/Ghee
