This grilled veggie salad is absolutely delicious; it’s easy to make and very healthy. I make my own salad dressing which is very simple – salt, black pepper, fresh lemon juice, and olive oil.
Tip: Add a slice of feta cheese on the side.
For the poultry/meat lovers – Grilled Quail, very lean and delicious. I marinated the Quail for about 2-3 hours, in homemade marinade, which is very easy to make – black & red pepper, salt, olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, thyme, fresh lemon juice.
