Here in this video we have shown a step by step process of making Moong Dal Tikki. Hope you like it 🙂

Moong Daal Tikki Recipe :

1. Soak 1 cup of moong daal for 3 to 4 hours and then boil it for 5 mints. Strain the water and let it cool completely.

2. In a jar add daal, 3 to 4 green chillies, 1 spoon ginger, and coriander. Blend it roughly.

3. Now add salt, 1 chopped onion, 2 spoon beans, half spoon ghee, coriander powder, one spoon jeera powder, one spoon chaat masala, little bit of black pepper powder, Half a teaspoon of red pepper powder. Now, Mix everything well using your hands.

3. Add some ghee on your palm and start making the tikki from the mixture.

4. In a pan sprinkle some oil or ghee and place the tikkies and roast them for couple of minutes until they are golden brown. Serve them with green Chutney and enjoy.
