Ingredients

· Two Brother’s waghya Rajma-50gm
· Carrot-30gm
· Cucumber-80 gm
· Capsicum-30gm
· Onion-40 gm
· Curd-60 gm
· Black pepper powder
· Mixed herbs
· Salt

Method

· In a bowl add two brothers Rajma, and wash 2-3 times.
· Soak it for 6-7 hours.
· Next morning add it in a pressure cooker, add water and salt, and Pressure cooks it until the 4-5 whistle comes.
· Now Separate the water and cook rajma.
· Add finely chopped vegetables to the bowl, add cooked rajma, add hung curd, salt, black pepper powder, and seasonings and mix well.
· Healthy Low-calorie high-fibre rajma salad is ready to serve.
