We are always looking for healthy freeze dried snacks or desserts for meals on the go. These freeze dried chia pudding bites are simple to make with a few ingredients. You mix and put into the refrigerator overnight to make the pudding, add your favorite topper (strawberries, blueberries, peaches) add them to a parchment or silicone lined tray, add some tray dividers from and pre-freeze before you add to the freeze dryer. The finished product is a healthy, nutritious snack or treat that does not need refrigeration and will hit the spot!
