#1/2,cup oatmeal
1green apple
1/4 cup chia seeds
Soak both on 1/2 cup Almond milk for 15mins
Chop 4 pre_ cooked mushrooms
1/2 cup grated carrots 🥕
Grate or shred 1 cup cabbage and
1 stalk of celery
3 eggs
2 tbs finely chopped Cilantro
1 purple onion chopped
1tbs aged garlic
2 tbs evo
Blend all ingredients or
Mix well by hand and pour into a nonstick pan over med heat
Cover with a greased plate and flip over onto the plate after 5 minutes
Slide from the plate back into the pan
cook for another five minutes.
