Vegan Trail Bread Ingredients (watch video for directions on how to prepare)

4 cups of buckwheat soaked in 4 cups of water for 1 hour (rinse and drain water after)
3 cups of sunflower seeds
2 cups of flax seeds
1/2 cup of chia seeds soaked in 2 cups of water for 5 minutes
6 tbsp maple syrup
1 1/2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp caraway seeds (optional)
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 tbsp psyllium husk
