ingredients for the first recipe:
Hash Browns
3 medium potatoes shredded
1/2 bell pepper diced
1/4 onion diced
1 cup spinach chopped
1/2 tsp ea garlic powder, salt, paprika
ingredients for second recipe:
Mint truffles
15-20 pitted medjool dates*
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp peppermint oil
*if your dates are very dry soak them for an hour and drain off the liquid before using
ingredients for the third recipe:
Tempeh marinade –
1 tbsp miso
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp ginger & garlic powder
3 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tbsp rice vinegar
