Ingredients/सामग्री

Onion/प्याज़ -1
Cucumber/खीरा-1
Tomato/टमाटर -1
Coriander/धनिया -1 tsp
Mint/पुदीना -1 tsp
soya chunks/सोयाचंक्स- 100 gm
Curd/दही-1 cup
cumin powder/ज़ीरा पाउडर-1/2tsp
Salt/नमक-As per to your taste /स्वाद अनुसार
Black pepper powder/काली मिर्च का पाउडर – As per to your taste
Mixed herbs/मिश्रित जड़ी बूटी-1/4tsp
Some LONG powder
Some Javatri powder
1 cup Vegetables which includes:-
One Carrot
Bell peppers ( Green)/शिमला मिर्च
