**Please note I use all organic ingredients*

INGREDIENTS:

1 large salmon filet (approx 3 pounds)
1 organic lemon (1/2 the juice before and 1/2 the juice after you cook it)
Salt/pepper to taste
1/2 cup of organic garlic-infused olive oil
4-6 tablespoons of organic dijon mustard
1/2 cup of pistachios (crushed in the blender)

DIRECTIONS:

1.) On a foiled pan place down your salmon filet (skin down).
2.) Spread 1-2 tablespoons of dijon on each piece of salmon.
3.) Salt and pepper to taste
4.) Next, pour the crushed pistahios over the salmon and top lemon juice.
5.) Drizzle the olive oil over each piece.
6.) Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes depending on how cooked through you like your salmon.
