4-Ingredient Cherry Garcia Nice Cream Recipe:
Ingredients:
– 2 frozen bananas
– 1 ½ cups frozen cherries
– ¼ cup unsweetened coconut milk (or other milk)
– 2 Tbsp. chocolate chips

Directions:
1. Place bananas, 1 cup cherries and a splash of milk into a blender or food processor. Blend until just combined. Start with less milk and add more to desired consistency.
2. Add the chocolate chips and remaining ½ cup cherries. Pulse until just combined.
3. Serve immediately or freeze in a container for a few hours for a hard ice cream. Let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften before scooping.
