Ingredient :
1 chayote
1 medium onion
2 green chilies
1 tsp mustard seeds
few curry leaves
1 tsp peppercorns
2 tbsp. shredded coconut
salt to taste

🔹️Heat saucepan and add oil
🔹️add mustard seeds, green chilies , curry leaves and onion
🔹️once onion turn golden brown, add chopped
🔹️chayote , salt and stir fry for 5-8 mins
