2 eggs

1 tablespoon of granulated sugar (20 grams)

3 zucchini
1 red pepper
1 onion
4-5 green onions
1 potato
Tulum cheese (120 grams)

Kızartmak için 1-2 yemek kaşığı sıvı yağ

۱/۵ لیوان آب ولرم
۱ قاشق غذاخوری شکر
۱ قاشق چایخوری نمک
۱۰ گرم خمیر مایه فوری
۳/۵ لیوان آرد (۴۲۰ گرم)
۳ عدد کدو
ا عدد فافل دلمه ای قرمز
۱ عدد پیاز
۴-۵ شاخه پیازچه
۱ عدد سیب زمینی
۱۲۰ گرم پنیر تولوم
برای سرخ کردن ۱-۲ قاشق غذاخوری روغن سرخ کردنی
