INGREDIENTS:
250 g dry lentil
water
Soak overnight
THEN Drain and rinse
ADD:
2 tbsp Olive oil
4 g baking powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
Spices
2 tbsp Psyllium powder
2 tbsp Oat flour (or rice flour, or chikpeas flour)
80-100 ml Water
Blend
Pumpkin seeds
Bake 50-60 mins at 390 F (200C)
