More info below: Ive hit my goal weight in less than 3 months eating low carb. I do intermittent fasting (IF) a few times a week combined with low carb on a 16:8 schedule. Some of the meals I eat would aslo be considered keto meals however I stick to a low carb lifestyle to keep lots of veggies in my daily low carb meals.
