HELLO!) This video is about GRILLED ZUCCHINI AND SQUASH WITH INCREDIBLY SIMPLE DELICIOUS AND NUTRITIOUS SAUSE. Honestly, these two veggies compliment each other so well, you should give it a try. It’s simple, fast and delicious. Especially with the incredible protein sauce, this complete dish can be used as a light dinner, lunch or even breakfast 😉

INGREDIENTS
1 Zucchini
1 Squash
FOR SAUSE
2 eggs
garlic 1 clove
bunch of parsley
olive oil – 1 tbsp
sour cream – 2 tbsp
salt&pepper to taste
Dijon mustard – 1 teaspoon
Cut the zucchini into rings and fry them in a dry grill pan until tender.
For the sauce, blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
I serve it with cherry tomatoes and arugula. It’s very easy and very tasty!)
