OLD SCHOOL PAN SEARED SKINLESS BONELESS CHICKEN THIGHS/STEAMED VEG/CAULIFLOWER RICE

This is a healthy light dinner option that i eat 5-6 days a week while i am on my healthy diet routine
You can use grilled chicken or fish with the same side item( steamed vegetable and cauliflower rice)

RECIPE:
6 skinless boneless chicken thighs
salt and pepper to taste
mixed vegetables of your choice
cauliflower rice

Season chicken thighs with olive oil and salt and pepper
Sear in hot skillet ,browning on both side
Place chicken in oven and cook for 15-20 minutes or until done
Enjoy with steamed vegetables and cauliflower rice
