Millet – Healthy Breakfast Recipe | Millet Moong Dosa | No Soda No Rice Recipe

In this video, I am sharing one of our favorite healthy breakfast recipes! This recipe uses millet rice and moong and is really easy to make. It doesn’t require any fermentation, and can be made in a hurry in the morning once you soak the millet and moong at night. So be sure to give this recipe a try!

Ingredients:

1/2cup – samo rice/Little millet/Moraiyo/Kutki/ Shavan/ Sama.
1/2 cup – Green gram/moong
1/4 cup grated Coconut
1 Green chilli
1/2 tsp jeera
Few coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Water as needed
Oil for greasing
Ghee/oil for roasting
