Fennel and Pear Green Smoothie
1 cup of your favorite non-dairy milk, liquid or coconut water
1/4 cup of hempseeds
4 romaine leaves
2 ripe pears, cored
I/2 of a lime, juiced
*Tips:
you can store your lovely smoothie in the fridge for a couple of days and a few months in the freezer:-)
2) If you want more sweetness for your smoothie you can add some stevia and you can also pre-soak some dates in warm water to add to the smoothie as well if that is your preference.
3) Remember to add your favorite power-packed ingredients as well, such as sea moss for example!
