Ingredients for dosa….
1- 1 cup ukda chawl.
2- 1/2 cup urad dal.
3 1/2 cup moong dal.
4- 5 to 6 gr. ginger.
5- Salt as per test.
6- 3 green chillies.
7- 1 cup soaked flattened rice.
8- 200 ml. water.
Ingredients for chatni…
1- 1 cup fresh coconut.
2- 25 to 30 gr. peanuts.
4 5 gr. ginger.
5- 1 lemon juice.
6- salt as per test.
7- some coriander leaves.
8- 10 to 12 curry leaves.
9- 2 dry chillies.
10- 1/4 tsp mustard seeds.
11- 10 ml. oil.
