Detailed Bacon, Potato and Egg Burrito Recipe:
1lb of cubed potatoes
1/2 pack of thick cut bacon sliced
6 eggs
1lb of cooked pinto beans Smashed
Salt, Black Pepper and Garlic powder to taste
In a large skillet, set to medium heat and let come to temperature. Once heated, add bacon and cook bacon until the fat and water is rendered. Remove cooked bacon, reduce to medium low heat and add the potatoes. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Allow the potatoes to cook slowly and stir occasionally. Cook the potatoes until tender to bite or fork. Add bacon and scrambled eggs and mix constantly until the egg fully cook. Heat up beans and smash. Assemble the burritos with your favorite salsa.
